David M. Malkowski

Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Malkowski was an Associate with Credit Suisse in the Global Energy Group both in New York and in Houston. Mr. Malkowski has worked on deal teams which executed both buy-side and sell-side M&A, initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, high-yield debt underwritings, term loan financings, and restructurings. Mr. Malkowski received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
